996 Switzer P800
The last time I weighed my car at the track (yeah I know...not very accurate) it weighed 3330 with me in it, 3150 empty, both weights with 1/4 tank, maybe a smidge less. I agree that is is harder to go faster, the faster you are going, much like the Mile...exponencially more power to gain that extra MPH.
Thank you Mike, but not much to brag about...nice cool night, weight mods, stars aligned... anyone can do it. I;m no pro driver. I'd like to think I can dragrace a bike pretty good, but cars...naahhh not so much...

You weight about 180 lbs., your next best mod "get on a diet" loose 50 lbs. ,save money no eating and get that money for other mod
These numbers (which I do not know what they are) are not terribly useful since there are so many variables. IOW, what equipment you put on the car, how its put on, how its programmed, type of fuel, tires, traction, road surface, what conditions it is tested in, weight reduction, skill of driver, options added/not added to kit ect... Like Mark said, someone can generate good numbers with any kit which you will never be able to reproduce.
If you want the car as a weekend warrior for highway pulls, Texas Mile ect... Get the GT3076 kit. I wouldnt recommend driving this one alot under high boost unless you do something to strengthen the engine.
If you want a responsive DD that has some road course ability and you are willing to compromise some top end performance go with the A28 setup.
This is how I would approach your dilemma. There are undoubtably other opinions!

i find it hard to beleive that you are 240 lean hehe ... but then again it all depends what you consider lean . lean to me is below 9%
Lean should be that people can see your belt around your pants....we don't want only below 9% because may be only 3-5 guys in all the forum
