Durametric & Module replacment

Hi,

If you own a Durameric and think you can code in new modules, for eg. a new alarm-vl unit, Tiptronic unit or pSM /Abs module, then I have found out today ...You Cant.

Had a good e-mail chat with Owen Sutton Durametric Software Inc
www.durametric.com

He said only your OPC can do this. BUMMER !
I was hoping to be able to do all my own repairs. So You have still got to go to Porsche even if you buy a new control unit from another source much cheeper.

Frank
