I'm going with the SSRs. I figure anything I would hit causing me to bend a wheel would probably bend the HRE too. At this point replacement cost comes into play. $600.00 would be looking pretty good. Beyond bending one I don't think it really matters. They both look great and most of our cars aren't kept long enough to make any difference anyway. In other words you're going to take a bath. At half the money, and with Tire Rack standing behind the new products quality, it's an easy decision. Now if we kept the cars for years and years maybe that's a different story. I think we know better than that...

which came first, the HRE 547 or the SSR GT3?

isn't one just a replica? may look the similar, but ....

 

i like the ssr better the hre's look like replicas..but ssr (speed star racing declared bankuptcy in japan they are in debt by 60 million not sure if dollars or yen)
