JMO but on a wholesale basis I'd say your car is worth in the low $100s (maybe $105k) plus whatever someone would give you for the mods (wholesale they're probably worth very little). I'd guess the list on your car was around $135k. There are still new '04 cabs around that I bet can be had for close to invoice.
