track device for lap times and possible video?

track device for lap times and possible video?
Hello All,
Anyone have a good suggestion on a device I can buy and is portable so I can switch bt cars for DE's when I want to see my lap times?
So far I have looked into Smarti-cam, traqmate and maxQdata.
I am tech challenged so the more user friendly the better and I am not wanting to blow thousands of dollars if I can help it.
It would be cool if the device could also do 60-130 stuff but that is not a must.

Traqmate is easy to use and portable. Just some velcro to get it planted on the floor and a suction cup to mount the display to the windshield.
My next problem will be no windshield (in the Caterham, not the Turbo), costs about 10 mph on the top on the straights!
