Fault codes after fitting 5bar fpr

Guys, my brockway is showing some fault codes... car has been sat up for last 3 mths sorting clutch issues & having a 5bar fpr fitted, and now sorted I drove it 70miles home and shut it off. No fault codes during journey (according to the brockway), so parked for a couple hours and when restarted it, I had no volume from the PCM2.1's radio so had a look at the brockway and it showed the following codes:

P185
P3884
U21539

P185 I can see relates to "Fuel Temp Sensor 2 circuit" - would this related to the 5bar install ?

Can't find any info on the other two codes.... any advice/thoughts appreciated !

my issue with the brookway is that it doesn't show any DTC's, even though when i plug in my Durametric i find a load of Fault codes, but the brockway doesn't register any of them.

Thats strange... so when you check your stored fault codes it shows 0 but durametrics shows a number of them ?

Maybe send it back and have it checked by Brockway?

I need to have my car plugged into PWIS or durametric but can't do it for a few days hence trying to self-diagnose the issues now...

Has'nt been done yet no but it is scheduled for it.

Previous to having the 5bar fitted it was running at 13-13.3 AFR above 6500rpm, below that it was mid 12s... i.e. a bit lean, hence added the 5 bar

Following install, on the previous tune, my AFR's are now 11.8-12 @ max revs in 5th gear, i.e. 155mph ish... thats more where I should be but at the same time its thrown the fault codes above !!

you must retune for the ecu to work best with the 5 bar.

When does your car go in for the remap , looking forward to what you think of it as I may well go the same route with mine.
If I was at home I would of sent you down my Durametric lead.

lol bro , you need a re tune with the 5 bar , you cant alter the fuel and expect it to run good with no issues.

+1 on new Tune to match 5bar. It won't work if you just add 30% fuel pressure. That why you got all kinds of codes.

SO your trying to say that a stock P car is running 13s from the factory?
target afrs are high 11s on a stock fuel map... so something is going on...

Mark, I'm running an X50 + flash + Milltek 200 + Ruf Inconel Headers.

Originally my file was running a tad rich, 11.2 @ max revs, so I requested a slightly more aggressive file and then arranged the airfield day which Ken et al attended where I logged the car, and above 6500rpm in 4th & 5th, it was slightly over 13's, which is a tad lean. Hence I requested that I have a 5bar installed, which happened, but I haven't got the re-tune for it yet, so am still running my 3.8bar file.

According to my brockway, now red-line in 5th gear is giving me 11.8-12 AFR so clearly the 5bar has richened me out, albeit clearly its not optimised yet.

Would the fault codes be related to the 5bar install... specifically the P185 ?

Thx

Ok thanks for the clarification....
you need to ONLY trust the durametric... forget the brockway...
who's doing the remapping?
on a side note.. I found a few euro tuners to run the cars very rich... odd... cause these care run best at .82 lamda...
