How much oil does your turbo use?

As a follow up to 4carl's request for a poll, how many miles do you get per quart of oil burned?

You know, its very strange, every Turbo I have had consumed oil at drastically different rates. My 2003 Turbo Coupe which was broken in mostly doing city driving in high heat needed oil every 500 miles. My 2004 Turbo coupe, I added a quart at 1400 miles. And my 2004 Turbo Cab which was broken in all on the highway varying engine rpm every 10 minutes in cooler weather never even needed one quart until 3000 miles.

Seems like my 2003 uses a lot. I'm going to start keeping a careful record so I can respond to this poll accurately.

Thumbs up

You can easily use a full quart in a weekend with hard track use I have found, maybe 8-9 sessions on the track total..

Anywhere from 150 miles to 240 miles, with around 200 miles being a good average..This is hard track use only..With modified engine of course..
