GTR on the way
Ari - agreed. 997.2 PDK is probably the ultimate no drama fast car, but the prices are too much for me right now since I'm keeping my GT2.
I think that's why I'm attracted to it. As fun as my GT2 is, you really have to be in the mood to drive a 700+ rwhp GT2. It requires your full focus and is quite thrilling. But sometimes I just want to step on the gas and go fast, with as little drama as possible. Hence the GT-R.

exactly how i felt about it, was looking to replace m3 with it. good luck i am sure you will enjoy!

Thats how I feel about my current car, looking to switch things up now. GTR is a great car, if you need a another recommendation for a tune, give Jack Cecil a call at HP logic. He has some of the fastest tunes around.
They don't seem to 60-130 all that well from what I've seen. I think of the GT-R as much better dig cars than roll-on cars. At least that's my impression so far.

Scott, glad you chose a GT-R as the DD. Switching between the 997.2TT PDK and GT-R, I feel that they are so similiar and compatible that for a guy like you who already owns a Porsche 911, there would be no point getting another one since you already enjoy the Porsche experience. GT-R is just as good as the PDK in most instances, just the PDK is like a perfected version of the GT-R.
Call up Neil Switzer for a good deal on more power with identical stock driving habits and no headaches. At least...that is a good starting point lol.
Congrats and wise decision for a stable mate for your monstrosity of a Porsche.
