Anyone dyno one of these before and after ?

Dual snorkel intake

or log MAF values before and after to see if there is an increase in airflow ? Or is it more of a cosmetic / sound mod ?

Thanks.

If I recall correctly, AMS saw around 10hp at the 600ish level, as well as about 1psi of pressure drop reduction pre-turbo.

What about reduced lag? If better spool times have been confirmed, that alone would be enough to upgrade in my opinion.

It has to help, cold air from dual snorkle, if you have a GT2 wing its even better, dyno cant reproduce the air flow over the wing at 60 + mph

What about MAF airflow logs, g/s ? Seems like it would

be simple to log airflow characterstics with the Durametric, I know on my old B5 Audi S4 I could log MAF airflow readings in grams per second with VAGCOM cable and software. I would assume this would at least tell us the MAF is seeing more airflow from the dual snorkel design.

A bit surprised this has not been done, I will look to see if the Durametric can log MAF airflow.

Yes, Durametric can log mass air flow.
