I know it can be frustrating looking for a car...
I'm looking as far as 1600 miles from the EC. I'm ruling out black & red cars. I'm going to ask them for new pixs and hi-res shots of the areas you mentioned. I know alot of people respray the front and rear bumpers from rock chips so I'll take your info as a grain of salt.

targa72e is infamous around these parts
I also looked at the turbo at Stevensons. The rubber trim on the rocker was comming off as well. I really dont like the light grey interior so never considered seriously but they are just a couple miles from my house. They have had the car for a long time (description sticker in the window faded so you cant read it anymore). Started out around 50K and has slowly worked down. I purchased a 2001 turbo out of state two weeks ago

No I am not because the car is extremely well documented.... all services complete and then some.. I looked over his service receipts and it appears that the previous owner went to extreme lengths to make sure this car was in the best of shape. It is in mint condition and needs nothing. It even has receipts for installation on the aftermarket parts and the mechanic who checked it out is a long time Porsche tech.

Yea I wasn't too fond of the one at Stevinson... Also not a fan of the light grey as my CLK had the same color interior and was a pain to keep clean... Congrats on your new turbo... Enjoy it in good health!
