I've never seen this before but for some reason the clutch reservoir screw cap on my MY 03 TT expanded to the extent that it will not tighten down. It actually will lift off without any effort By chance, would anybody have a used clutch reservoir screw cap lying around in the garage that you are not in need of? The screw cap is not sold separately. You have to purchase the entire reservoir, which is bit expensive and just replaced the reservoir a little over a year ago so its out of warranty.
