Storing a hard top

So I'm in love with my new (to me) 996 turbo cab. It came with a hard top, which I will never use her in Louisiana. What is the best way for me to store it?

I actually liked mine for the winter months when I had the boxster. Porsche makes a stand for them

I have mine on a Porsche stand and in the shed. Cover it with a plastic wrap.
