Dead battery question

So I went away last month and the car sat for about 10 days. I went to start it and it just clicked. I jumped it no problem and drove for at least an hour. The car sat for almost another week then it was dead again. I tried jumping it off 3 cars before it started. It was really dead, the windows would barely go down. Is the battery done now? Can I bring it back to life with a trickle charger or maintainer? It was a new battery as of about 7 months ago.
Thanks

New battry time. And if you leave it again for over two weeks it will kill the next battery so get a battery tender.
