03 gt2 vs. 997tt. Help.
Truly, there's just nothing like the GT2... It has that extra bit of "special" that very few Cars have. It's just a freaking Jet when you do a few simple things to it.. It already has K24's, so just a tune and an exhaust get you into rarefied territory... I have an EPL tune, Speedtech 100 cell X-flow system and the car is astounding.
If you want exlusivity, there are fewer GT2's than there are Carrera GT's. I get stopped so often, I can't count.. Everyone is stunned by how good it looks and are genuinely excited when they see it. Even the most diehard GTR/ Honda/BMW/Ferrari/Lambo Fanbois literally gush over it and generally act like excited 8 year olds at Christmas when they see it.
At the track, it has almost no equal. I have mine set up really well and nothing comes close.
If you want a true Supercar (197-198 mph stock!!), that is as fast as almost anything out there even today, that has rarity and style and demands more of you as a driver than almost any other Car you can think of, it's the GT2 hands down.
If you want an everyday driver, that will have a softer, more comfortable ride, will be more everyday friendly and is more manageable in the wet, choose the 997TT.
But I still think the GT2 is one of the most special Cars ever made.
Of course, I might be a wee bit biased...

I came from a 996TT and drove a 540whp 997TT a hand full of times, for quite long periods, a few weeks ago I bought from a fellow 6speeder a 996GT2, with a nearly perfect setup IMO. I'm amazed how different it is from a 996TT, but as 80shilling said, you can't drive the car on the street and actually ''drive it''. I had a few full race cars, and this car is by far the fastest, more rewarding and responsive car that I ever had.
This car is just amazing ... love it.

I have had a good 4 years with it, but it may be time to part way's... PM me if you are interested!
