hard to shift only on downhill

hard to shift only on downhill
I recently noticed that going from 1st to N or 2nd when going downhill can be fairly stiff. Its the same cold or hot. When level or just not steep the shifting is smooth.
Any ideas?

Transmission mount + flex disc
Turns out the problem was my transmission mounts needed to be replaced and the flex disc was messed up too. Now I'm searching for a flex disc since porsche only sells it as a complete assembly
