Related to your air pump. When you start the car can you hear this pump starting in the right forward corner of the engine bay ? This electric pump supply air to the catalytic converter at start for converter efficiency. If the pump start it is normally a leak in the small sense lines on top of the engine. But the bad part it is possible to be related to a faulty diverter valve.

I had the same issue I had a huge vacume leak. First check to see if the pump starts up then check the hoses, also your dv's. Good luck!
