Spots on/under headlight lens

Is there a way to remove the lens cover on the headlight assembly? I have a few condensation water spot stains on the left headlight (inside). At least that is what they look like. There is no moisture in the lenses at this time.

Thanks in advance.

The lens is pressed on and plastic tabs on the back of the lens are melted to the light body. They can be broken apart and then glued back together, but it would be a huge project. Several people have done this in order to paint the inside of the lights.
