Is anyone else ordering a 997 Turbo? I just placed a deposit with Brooks Frybarger at Porsche North Scottsdale. After looking at several different cars I find myself coming back to Porsche. I can't wait to option it out.

I'm number 2 ,in writing, at my dealer, no deposit was asked for . Basically first customer shipment since factory spec'd launch cars could always come first .

Are the first few months of production on the 996tt riddled with problems? Just curious what you think the issues will be that they will change in a few months of production.

First 997 at my dealer...My dad and I placed the order when I was learning to drive lol. It's funny we could not get a 996tt for some reason so we placed an order for this car. Then 1.5 years later I finally got my baby aka the Turb

I drive an early 01 that I bought with 8,000miles ( I now have 31,000 ) with a Porsche Pre-owned Warranty. I do not think there were many issues, 01's had a bunch of recalls (nothing major). Alot of people like the 01 the best because it supposed to be a little lighter. Mine as been great.
