With this wheel ,better have a fine tuned ear for approaching redline , cause you ain't gonna be able to read any useful part of the tach . At least you can see the speed on the digital readout .

are these wheels thicker than the E46 M3 wheel? (which i think is about as thick as it should get)

i like how the overall diameter is smaller

Here's my V1 remote : easier to see in sun since it's shrouded ( and to hide when main unit removed and I'm parked in a dicey garage ) :

The ATIWE wheel works fine guys. Comes complete with everything you need. No problems with airbag etc..... No matter if boxter, 996 application.

Like Evan said, soooooooo much cheaper without RUF, TECHART, GEMBALLA logo on it.

Euro airbags deploy with less force as they assume the driver is intelligently wearing the seat belt too. US bags assume the typical bozo American " libertarian " driver is not belted and therefore deploy with much higher force to save his/her a**, having lead to the deaths of some very short , belted in drivers who had to sit in very close to reach the steering wheel. ( Or kids hurt similarly in passenger side). Why can't our gov't let Darwinism work it's natural course. I would argue this Euro airbag is a safer airbag .
Newer cars in US have two stage bags .
