Where can I get this steering wheel?

I have a 2001 Tip and from what I have heard DOT has made this steering wheel illegal. Does anyone know where I might be able to find one similar to this?

it's not a legal issue with DOT but the supplier. the problem is the airbag. since the airbag itself is not Porsche OE part the supplier doesn't want to carry the liability if during an accident the airbag doesn't deploy. u can still get it because some people are bringing it in. however, there is no way to test it out unless... well, just keep the invoice that's my best suggestion!

The RUF, Gemballa and Techart are all made by Atiwe which we distribute here in the US, give Bryan or I a call Nate
Evan
PS- The only difference is it won't say Techart, just Atiwe and be much much less money
