The trick to getting the hoses to seat properly is to remove the metal clip FIRST - then push the hose in and fit the clip with the hose already in place. This is much simpler to get everything clicked in without any frustration.

Very true re: fitting the clamp after the hose is fully seated. Setting the clip with the bumper on...that was a pain!

yeah if it doesnt go int, i pull the intercooler off and get it in first then feed it throught openings and into the Y pipe.
