Hey Alex it's me Sunir with the M3 Lightweight racecar, we were both instructing I ran a couple of seesions in black but was mostly running in red all weekend...nice chatting with you again over at Zone 2 VIR...good times for sure!

Maybe I missed it but why did you buy the car when you were aware of such a serious present engine issue?

In retrospect, maybe I should have steered clear, but it was fixed under warranty and it still had 6 mos left on the warranty in case anything happened after the repairs.

you just got the car. ide spend my weekend detailing the crap out of it. you have a warranty all is good. now go and polish the inside of the wheel barrel, and the brake calipers like most of us first time owners did

if your warranty is for another 6 months I would drive it as much as possible to flush out any problems with the dealership
