I like the idea of times but when referring to Turbo cars (or any car) they can be fudge too. Weight, boost, nawzes, other adders. Been known to happen before. And no I'm not accusing anyone, in fact I don't know who ran what.

Yes and yes. I'd like to see more big numbers from a 996/997tt on my dyno. Dyno day the week of the dream cruise?

I guess mine wasn't too far off then. Not to thread jack but do you have anything done to your s2k? I miss mine, but I'm loving the 996 much more!

Not making this personal in any way. I'm certainly not sure how my post called you or any of the other people you mentioned out. IMO you are one of a few dozen people on this forum who know what you're talking about.

You do agree that a dyno that registers 400 awhp + on a stock k16 car is not calibrated properly don't you? That's all I was saying.

Your car is beyond fast. 60-130 times are probably the best measurement of on boost power. However they give very little insight into everyday driveability and throttle response in the lower gears.

As far as GIAC goes, their Champion tunes come with a full 4 year factory warranty through champion and seem to be doing pretty well. Arguably not the most powerful but certainly the best backed package in the industry.

I think these are pretty good results on an AWD mustang. You're making about 25 more AWHP than me (I ran 91 octane) with a similar setup. My 2860s don't compare to the A28s (mine are significantly smaller). What octane are you running?

Still curious on what a stock TT does on this dyno. Not trying to be a pain, just curious for comparison to the numbers quoted.

Set it up and I will try to be there with an almost stock Turbo S Cab (Tubi exhaust and billet diverter valves)

The only concern I have with your car, as mentioned, is the low front end and aftermarket bumper.

AMS was able to put it on their Mustang no problem

My 996tt is currently close to stock (DV, V-flow) and I'll hopefully have a chance to dyno it soon.
