996TT dyno

Dyno'd a clean ultra-low mileage 03 turbo today. A28s, injectors, headers, exhaust w/high-flow cats. Stock y-pipe, stock intercoolers. Pump gas.

It varies so much. I am curious what it makes on this dyno so we can see the delta.

As an example, I watched a GIAC tuned TT on a Mustang dyno make 325 whp. Stock was around 295 whp on that dyno.

Yeah, you really can't get too worked up over dyno numbers. There are WAY to many settings and other "factors" that can alter a dyno reading. Read your dyno sheet, put it in your filing cabinet and go out and drive your car with a Pbox, or go to the track.

Me? Stlil have crappy 1bar wastegates that came from Blouch on my 18g's. I think, well I KNOW, they are whooped. I was never really able to get more than 1.3bar out of them, even new. I will likely try the AMS wastegates, but gonna do some "testing" first. Picked up car yesterday. Lost some HP but picked up double the TQ...go figure...

I was asking the OP. But I'd like to know the solution for about 550-600 whp that doesn't involve lots of broken actuator rods. Are yours internal?
