More Pricing Questions....
So, looking to purchase a 996TT. Car in question is as follows:
03 996 TT - Silver \ Black
6 Speed Manual
X50
28k Miles
CPO through Aug 2012
New PS2s (less than 1500 miles)
Mechanically & Cosmetically the car is 100% (Had a PPI done)
It has a clean Carfax, but... the right front fender has been resprayed and the door was blended. The paint work was done very well.
It's a multi-owner car so there isn't much of a service history, but it is CPO.
I've been watching cars.com, autotrader, ebay, etc. I've checked KBB and NADA, manheim, black book, etc. but more information is better so....
What's it worth?

prices are creeping up nowadays...this is an X50 it should have no problem fetching well over the 50K mark..
I just sold my X50 last week for close to my asking price of $56K...it was a looker as well, real clean, unique color cobo of seal gray w/ red interior and the word was only out there for a couple of weeks.
Get the car you want and if you have a to pay a little more up front it will be worth it in the end. You don't want to keep second guessing yourself and end up with something that you are feeling like there would be something else you really wanted around the corner, never mind the deal or the money, that feeling alone will drive you crazy!!
...
Remmember the note will be around the same (ballpark) on simple interest even if there is a price delta of a few grand. So don't look for the bottom of the barrell get the car that you really want, like that girl across the gym at an awkward HS dance, you'll know when you come accross her...best of luck bro

Mid $40's - You've stolen it!
High $'40's - Excellent deal.
Low 50's - Good deal.
Mid 50's - Not bad for a perfect car with the right color combo, options, and mods.
There are deals to be had if you waited long enough, but you've got to know when to pull the trigger. You'll soon forget about how much you paid for the car as soon as you get in the driver seat
Good luck!
