New Toy joins my GT2 and my BMW S1000RR. :-)

So.. This is my Wedding present to my Wife.... She has been riding for two years and is now faster than the majority of our riding buddies, so I thought a new trackday/Weekend toy might be just the right thing... FAR better than a washing machine, right guys???

How Triumph manages to sell this for $11,999.00 is completely beyond me.. Full SuperBike spec Ohlins..43mm NIX30 in front, TTX 36 in rear, Brembo Monoblock calipers, Brembo radial master cylinder, kevlar lined stainless steel brake lines front and rear, Carbon Fiber everywhere....We added the Arrows Ti/CF slipon with the high octane tune.. sounds wicked
We weighed it at the dealership.. Full tank of gas, with the Arrows slip-on... 386 lbs!!!

More to come once I have ridden it more, but I am massively impressed. If this was a Ducati or any other manufacturer it would be $30K plus for this spec.

P.S.. This thing is GORGEOUS in person.. stunning

Man, that looks fun! Totally flickable!

What are you riding?

How dare you park a garbage can near the GT2!

I have been riding the new BMW S1000RR with full Akrapovic EVO Ti race system and Power Commander V with Dan Kyle's map (it's parked next to my GT2 in the pictures).. 198.3 RWHP!!! Freaking absurdly, lunatic, freakishly fast... Even 5 months into riding it, it still scares the living cr@p out of me when it hits 9,000 rpm and I am the most jaded HP junkie you will ever meet. The way my Bike is just now, it picked up 17 RWHP at 7,000 rpm and it power wheelies all the way through the first 4 gears , I can get it to wheelie in 6th at 11,000 rpm if I hit a small bump.... 14,200 rpm redline, amazingly good handling, best brakes on any Motorcycle I have ridden.

LOVE my BMW S1000RR...

I have 215 RWHP on my Busa, but that thing weighs a hell of lot less! The 1000RR is completely dialed in. Those things are insane! Horsepower junkie,, tell me about it. I am a pilot,, add that to the list of being completely bonkers! I feel your pain, Brother,, I feel,, your pain!

Wow, what a toy for $11,000! I'm envy.

Just one question, who is going to man the washing machine from now on?

You own both the bikes I have looked at getting next! I love my Buell 1125CR, and V-twins in general, but a triple of a four maybe in my future again

Oh man, been wanting to pull the trigger on a fast bike, on the street my F650GS just doesn't satisfy, and have avoided Bike forums so I don't see posts like below. I need the will power, not the horse power right now.
