Baltimore Grand Prix
Baltimore Grand Prix
Is anyone going to the Baltimore Grand Prix in September? I think I am going to go, since that is my town anyway, and it just gives me one more excuse to get up there. Porsche Club of America is offering special tickets in their paddock for parking and events. I am torn between either doing that, or going all out with the VIP Balcony Club tickets.
While you're there, tell Danika she is the most highly acclaimed 15th place finisher in racing history.
Even though I'm close to Baltimore, I'm torn between going or not. I've seen the Indy cars at Laguna Seca while living in California, but the thought of downtown B-town doesn't really turn me on.

I'm going as well. Got all 3 day pass with the Porsche Paddock and car Corrall...they only have 200 spaces marked off first come basis until they are sold out. The only think is that it must be a Porsche if you want to park in their corrall with a limited parking pass...say you bought a bunch of buds over with an SUV that was not a Cayanne and you had Porsche Corrall pass you would not be able to park there even though you had a pass.
Hey Buck...ran into your buddy Ed over at AT Speed when I had my GT2 there, he was cleaning up Rich's car...lol small world bro...

Hmm. So here is the thing with that, I would love to drive my GT2 up there and park in the PCA paddock, but if it is raining that day, I probably won't bring it up, so where does that leave me for parking and spectating the race events? SOL?

you will need to park ONLY a Porsche in the reserved corral and you need to have a corral parking pass (there will only be 200 spaces for each of the 3 days) they are probably all sold out by now I got mine last Friday when they just went on sale that morning.
Here's the thing, I can have guests so if you have a normal day pass you can hang out in the Porsche Platz area, if you bring your GT2 for one of the days and pick me up in Canton we can go over there and you can put your GT2 in my reserved space on one of the days
...I plan on driving my GT2 there one of the days...I bought a 3 day package)...
