A boxter driver once waved but I didn't see it. By the time I was prompted by my passenger, it was too late. He had a surprised look. In CA, Boxter and even 911 are all over. If I had to wave everytime I see a p car, I would have to get a third arm.
Very true. I don't know if it's because I'm oblivious, but I've never noticed another Porsche owner of any kind wave at me.

I've got all of them covered:

A lot P-car folks around here wave back whether I'm driving my "less exclusive", "cheap", "soccer mom" Boxster S or the Turbo. Usually, it is an unexpecting recipient and I see them diving for their flasher before they get past me.

Audi drivers are everywhere and none of them wave. I don't initiate either. Hell, they are Audis. They are for skiing and families. What the hell do you expect.

I try to wave and I would say 50% wave back. If you see someone and talk to them they are always nice( so far).
