+1 listen to Markski.

Stock K24s will never make 600HP. Period. They just can't flow that much. Push them real hard and they start blowing hot air which starts taking you backwards. That's the thing with turbos and the reason why they make different sizes..

You will want to hybrid your turbos or get Tial Ball bearing turbos..

taking one car and saying they all will do it not right.. so when I go answer these questions Im not looking at one of them .. Im looking at the average...
you should too...
Yes I saw that post.. its not my kit.. can't comment on it... I can only tell you as I did what I would do if I were you...
Mind you my K24/ 18g kit from 3 years back with just a 5 bar FPR, catless exhaust, and a few other minor chinese bolt ons the client put on himself ran 10.8s all day long and trapped low 130s... NO ONE has even come close in a similar set up to do the same with similar power adders.. I don't go on selling that kit stating that it will trap low 130s and run 10s... I don't even bring it up to clients if I don't have to because I do not want to give them false hope...

FWIW, the 129mph K24 run was at -1000' DA. A lot of cars will rip in those conditions! ...so yeah its possible but I wouldn't consider it representative.

Good luck with your mods -skip the headers!

So again, Stage IV or EVO GT 600 kit = how much hp at the wheels, and how much bhp?

Man, makes we want to keep my car stock.

Standard K24 flash
Europipe Loud, or 911 X-pipe exhust with 100 cell cts
Washington State has 92 octane gas with 5% ethanol
Upgraded DV valves
Hitachi MAF if needed
Upgraded silicon boost hoses

I am looking for 500 to 525 at the wheels, aka 575 to 600 bhp

As for how much boost?? Whatever is safely recommended for that setup.

Good thread talks about what I am looking for, yet everyone keeps pushing me towards the 700 kits.

Here is a 996 GT2 tuned by RUF. Looks like exhaust and tune with a higher redline:

http://www.roadandtrack.com/content/...turbo_data.pdf

Look at the 90-100 time, looks like they took 3rd gear this time over 100 mph. Wonder how much difference the outside temp and altitude make in this test vs. the stock GT2 test?

Hoping more people familiar with the 600 bhp packages will chime in.

although you're in a cooler climate, you should also consider IC's. plenty of options out there and an even bigger debate on that subject.
And congrats on your GT2. did you but the silver one from Braman in West Palm Beach? 3xxx miles?

Yes, I bought that one. Was a two owner car, mint. Supposed to get shipped out enclosed today, made the deal with enclosed shipping included. I am not interested in doing intercoolers. Just want the most out of the car I can get, and leave it mostly stock. Might consider the 18g/24g hybrids as Markski is right, no one would ever know, until they touched the throttle of course.

Congrats on your GEE TEE 2!! haha it's a fun car

I just did some basic bolt ons on my Gt2 recently.. Fvd tune, exhaust, dvs, 5 bar, Bmc filter and I think I'm around 560 hp I'd say.. It's fast to me

If you're a good driver you can easily hit low 11's with these mods, there was a guy couple years ago that had a silver 03 Gt2 w/ early GIAC tune, exhaust, and Dvs and he ran a 10.8xx but i think he had some R compounds in the rear.
