Really! I have had a problem get a call back from Rhonda.

Talked to her few weeks ago and it was kind of hit or miss type thing, however no more tuners in Florida all via Germany hopefully this will change.

I've never had a problem contacting Rhonda, she has always been very resourceful and patient with my phone calls. Fvd was a great company to deal with I recommend their products to everyone.

call rhonda at fvd. i called her about 3-4 times and she stayed answered every question i asked her.

Been a while since I called but, Rhonda is the wo-man.

 

No worries at all. Just happy to know that we have established communication.

 

I sent an email to Rhonda and followed up with a phone call (left a voicemail) earlier today. She replied to my email right back and I ordered my next mod. It was that easy when you use the proper channel.
