Advice on suspension settings

I have KW3 coilvers and adjustable H&R ARBs which are set to medium front and back. The front is lowered until the top of the tyre is almost at the level of the top wheel arch. I have noticed my low speed ride is quite stiff but at the track the car rolls a lot and also understeers when pushed.
Any of you guys can advise if I should change my ARB setting, increase my ride height at the front or change the rebound and/ or damper setting in order to correct this.
Many thanks!

quick answer try stiffening the rear bar or softening the front (preferred)

what are the current settings on the shocks f/r rebound/compression?

what tires, sizes and tire pressures?

alignment settings?

Many things beyond coilovers and asb that could cause understeer
