2001 996TT option list
I bought this 996TT about 4 years ago and it was a certified car. The dealer told me that this was one of 200 cars that was factory lowered by 2 inches. The car runs 1.1 bar and I don't know what mods were done to it. I was trying to find which options came with the car. I was reading one of the threads here which said that there was a sticker under the hood that had the list of options. Does anybody Know what all the codes stand for? Here is the list of 26 options:
CO2 XJ4 XKB XKG XKM XKR XNU XPB XPW XSC XTJ XXZ
X70 135 340 446 513 586 635 662 680 692 939 982
09981 09991
Thanks for any help.

Your dealer is full of it. There was no 200 lowered cars. The dealer might have lowered it but PCNA would not have. If it is an Italy spec car, then it was imported and would have had the ROW suspension on it which is lower than stock US spec. That's what I have on my TT; I picked up the parts in Germany and had them installed.

There is no factory option that drops the car "2 inches".
An X73 suspension (ie "ROW") is 20mm lower and was not a US available factory order.
There is no factory option that will give a peak sustained boost of 1.1.
You would not be the first to buy a car that had been "certified" by the dealer, but they overlook any mods (that should void the CPO) in order to make $$$.
