Another high idle thread

Hey guys long time lurker and finally decided to post due to an issue I am having.

Car is a 2003 (12/02) 996 Turbo.

Here is the issue:

When I first start the car (cold engine) the car idles perfect and is within spec. Once the car temp gets to approx 180 or over the idle raises to approx 1000-1500 (average is about 1100)

What I have done:
- Vacuumed tested different valves and lines and all hold vacuum
- I have gone with about a can of carb clean both above and below the engine with no luck (I have done this before on many cars to find air leaks). There is no change in the idle.
- Cleaned the throttle body. Once I completed this the cars idle was perfect (approx 20 min) until I touched the throttle, then high idle was present again.
- The MAF is new (was not in spec)

I have reason to believe that the throttle body is faulty. What is your opinions?

Codes that are present:

P0507 - high idle (this code is present all the time and will clear but comes back on)

The other codes: I was surprised today to see these listed as pending (i done have the codes currently but I know the descriptions)
- Bank 2 02 sensor rich
- Bank 2 pre heat
- Boost sensor
- Steering motor sensor
- Implausible load

I am also undecided if there is a misfire. Would plugs cause this issue?

Thank You in adavance for the help!
