Good DD?

this is a car at my local dealership just down the road they have held on to it for I believe atleast 2 months now. Im looking for a dd that can handle atleast an inch or two of snow on the road if needed(sorry if this makes some of you guys kringe because i know from reading on here some of guys would never think to let these touch snow), it has the intelligent all wheel drive system. Im just not very well informed on these cars, it has very low mileage for an 03 though. Seems like itd be a really fun car to get.
Also what do you guys think is a fair price for this car? Last month I checked it out in person, I think they were asking a little under 70k. I was there to check out a GT2 but someone else had bought it earlier that same day :/

The mileage is low and the car looks extremely clean and well equipped. Like the color combo as well.
70K is a little high though.
Anyway, to the point yes it will be an excellent DD, for the supercar capabilities of a 996 Turbo you don't have to sacrifice as much as you would have in other cars in terms of all around comfort (and gas is not too bad driving normal as well).
With the proper tires (not extreme performance summer tires...) it should have NO problem at all to go in the snow (assuming you're fine with it!).
I think you will be very happy with an automatic 996 Turbo for a DD (manual as well if you are not in traffic all day). Even from that year it will keep up with almost anything today, and if you drive it as a DD it has the potential to be extremely reliable and will probably be.

Snow is not a problem with dedicated snow tires. The biggest issue is clearance. Fun to see peoples' looks as you zoom by with 2-3 inches of snow on the ground with a TT and a roof rack on it. Yes, it is definitely capable for DD chores.
I drive mine all winter long with snow tires. We had a huge winter with well over 500 inches at the 6500 foot elevation and over 800 inches above 7500 feet. I only had a few days where I was stuck home, but so were most people.

Really sharp looking car with low miles. Still, I'd look for complete records and no flaws for that price. You might want to search around to get a sense of pricing. If it helps, I paid $43k for my 2002 turbo X50 two years ago. It was a higher mileage car though (48k on the clock). I know the low mileage commands a premium, but that is one heck of a premium.

If I could get this for 50k out the door with ttl I think Id be a pretty happy camper.
Car is there on consignment, they guy already turned down an offer 2 weeks ago of 58k! I drove it though and it was certainly a fun car. I cant see myself paying 58 for this car though.
He's lying. These cars are just not as desirable as the 6 speeds.
