new rim/tire setup... need spacer?

im very wheel/tire ignorant, so i hope someone can help out. im just wondering if im going to be gaining or losing clearance, if i will need spacers, if i will rub...etc

I am on H&R springs

current-
Work Brombacher with Michelin PS2.
19x8.5 +51, and then a 7mm spacer. 235/35 tires
19x11 +45, and then a 14mm spacer. 305/30 tires

possible next purchase-
O.Z. Alleggerita (tires still unknown)
18x8.5 +53mm
18x12 +51mm

i understand that the tires will play a factor to some degree in rubbing issues. but lets say a 235 front and a 315 rear...

with just these numbers, what does that say about clearance? spacers needed? will i rub?

thanx in advance

Should not need spacers. It depends on the look that you are after as well

Cannot say for sure, but consider a 9" front rim- it will let you do 235/40 or 265/35-18 on the same rim...etiehr with a matching 315/30-18 rear.

May I ask why are you changing? Because I was actually thinking of getting a set of O.Z. Ultraleggera 19's.
From what I understand 315 is the maximum width in the back. Needs to be 30 profile in the back, so 315/30-18. Front 235/40-18.

its my daily driver. to work, to friends, to wherever. I was looking to go to an 18" for a bit more ride comfort, and something that could double as a light rim with sticky tires for occasional track rentals.
