Should I run 19" OZ/BBS also or try to stick on 18" ? As tire/wheels I consider 12" on rears with 335 R888 on 18 or 19 and OZ ultralegera/BBS CH. I will have also to verify how they fit as 4.5 ICs and piping might not allow bigger wheels

I will add basic engine build soon to my car and 80cc injectors, will try to up boost to 1.8 bar for the next step, after that I hope to find local E85 gas stations to find a new reason for upgrade

Did also KW v3, gt2 height and alignment; added some racing brake pads that feel great

Now... I am considering C-GT bucket seats (replicas), anybody used them ? I am considering in leather and alcantara , should I do it ?

For wheels, might go with Superleggeras but only 19 available, and thinking to use 305/30/19 a taller wheel so being able to hit more mph in each gear. Did anybody compare total weight savings with tese over stock ?

very light engine build

Pauter rods
Raceware studs
new headgasket
maybe heads porting

going to keep stock oil pump, actual lifters etc etc

everything looks good on the inside, car was seeing 1.35bar on pump and 1.5 bar on ms109, just some o-rings and minor stuff to replace here and there... , for sure flash was really good

gearbox surgery...

The only real problem - 2nd gear mainshaft shows what happened there , car was seeing just a few times 1.5 bar on A3076, small stuff to replace, normal for this kind of car, mileage and abuse...

Otherwise a perfect looking and strong gearbox, if going to replace the mainshaft will do 997 gt2 and rebuilding 1-3 gears

Also some differential bearings might need replacement, not sure will add a LSD for now as i dont really see real benefit for straight line acceleration

So I assume you bent a rod or what was the reason for the rebuild?

Rods are fine, i will put some pics soon, reason is I want to run much more boost than 1.5bar on alphas and i want to be as reliable as possible, i dont want to risk running that on stock rods

I will add much more than just rods...

Nope, I just was curious with that much power on tap the possibility seemed a real one and I have seen a few guys do it along the way and most people seem to wait for failure before building the motor and not take the adult path

Took a lot of time and work to finish up the gearbox, all in one piece now.
After a light porting job and changing rods .... just a little more to throw pistons in and than setting up timing and we are done with the engine too, lots of things waiting to be done in the end... headers, turbos, new fuel system

Soon for sale my old fuel system good for up to 850hp with 60lb injectors, CM stage3 clutch, ported headers, A3076 turbos and more
