Another thread mentioned that their budget was $175K. It got me thinking -- if that was your budget, what would you buy.

In my case, I own two of them. My list would be:

Mercedes E55 Wagon
Porsche 911 Turbo (996TT) Convertible
Corvette C6 Convertible
Ferrari 355 F1 Convertible (I liked convertibles)

If I shopped really well, I might have enough left over for a lower priced De Tomaso Pantera too.

 

Probably a used Lamborghini Gallardo that was already turbocharged by Underground Racing if I had to pick a single car and could spend the entire amount on it.

 

Save up more to get a CGT or a 918.

 

How much are Astons over there?

 

Another house.

 

I would add a Ferrari 355 and invest the rest.

 

1 used 997 cup

 

575 Maranello, and Noble M400, and blow the rest on maintenance and track days!

 

A cheap 996 GT3 with a 997 nose update and bank the rest for track days/fuel/tires/insurance.

 

2-3 houses in arizona... if cars...

-heavily modded 996tt (800whp +)
-Mid 90's Ferrari F355
-Turbo Charged E46 M3
-LS7 FD RX-7
-big truck to haul them
-trailer to carry them

 

That's easy. I'd pick up a used Cayman S for a daily and a 2005 996 Cup for the track...

 

Used Gallardo and used Bentley

 

White Gallardo for sure if it had to be a car.

 

I'd pick up a used 06-8 Gallardo, a used subie WRX for DD and invest anything left over.

1964 Split Windo VW micro bus or
1959 oval window VW w/ semaphores or
