I have had my flashing cable for a few days but they have not activated my software so that i can actually use it. I've emailed their addresses and left a message on the VM to no avail.

 

I think they are out of the office until after the New Year. Try calling/emailing again next week if they don't get back to you.

 

That's not good, no way to use the flash I purchased

 

They always answer emails, but they may be out until after the newyear.

 

Thanks for the response, serial number was emailed dec 28th at 9:21 and 9:27 (the day I received the flash cable). I can copy you on those If it's possible you're having email issues with that account. Thank you for getting it taken care of.
