I just did a suspension swap an had the same rattling and clunks up front. The front shock mount bearings were completely toast. Reaplce them and while you are in there inspect the rubber when the mount is off. Trust me, if your sway links are healthy the bearings are most likely toast.

I would also like to add that the front strut bearings I replaced are updated design. The ones that came on our car come apart and let dirt in. The new ones are one sealed piece. FYI. So the old design is inherently flawed IMHO.

I also had / still have knocking even after the pss10s upgrade. I replaced the whole front shock mount including rubber, to no avail. I checked stabilisers and have no play anywhere. I don't have it over the winter and cold days. Once the weather warms up I have this rattle. I haven't managed to pinpoint the location yet. Bloody annoying.

Possibly a control arm worn?

No play in ball joints. What is weird nothing in cold weather. And it is not getting worse. Always the same. Goes in winter. Back in the spring.

guys double check you end links. tighten them down really good. there is play in the hole that the link bolts through to in the bar so if the clamp up of the bolt is not enough (cant tell be winging it by hand) it will move a bit the stop when it bottoms out on the other side of the hole. Also will make noise too.

Solved my noise issue. Several of the supplied bolts from the pss10 get became loose after a little driving. I had to replace the with nylock bolts and so far she sounds great again.

How do you like your PSS-10 so far, compared to stock? Ride height, damper settings, handling, etc.

Haven't had a lot of time or miles with them yet. Car has had a bunch of stuff done to it and Ive been working out the kinks. This knocking being one of them. Have not made any adjustments, but overall too early to give a proper rating.
