Which Diverter valves?

I have a 2001 996tt. Basic intake, exhaust, 1.0bar flash. Boost seems to be holding fine now.

The previous owner claims that it has diverter valves installed, however they look pretty stock to me, and who knows anyways....

Anyways, I'm looking to upgrade to a3076's and run 1.1-1.4bar on pump gas.

What diverter valves should I install while the engine is out?

710n?
forge?

Thank you in advance.

Look closely. If he's not lying, it may have 710Ns in it already (since they appear stockish).

3076's require blow-off's or diverter's welded/mounted near the turbos or on the coolers

No they dont! Only with blow thru setup. I have an adjustable ap 50/50 bov/ recirc on my car. Love the sound, awkward to fit. In the past i have used forge parts on other cars and they are superb quality.

If you spend any more than what 710N's cost, you are wasting your money.

I managed to get a pair of 710N diverters from a local audi dealer and fitted them yesterday.
The car definitely feels more responsive and seems to come on boost stronger.
Maybe just physiological but I thinks it's a real improvement.
The other thing I noticed was the old diverters seem a lot easier to push down than the 710N as if the spring had weakened.
Hope this info helps
Neil

The 710N's have a much lower failure rate too. Its why they are a common upgrade for the B5 S4's and for much less than the blingy Forge DV's. That being said the Forge's are still cool.
