Hello All:

I am new to the forum and have read as much as I can, but have a few questions I hope can be answered here.

I am looking at a high mileage, well maintained 996TT auto. (wife wants to drive it too)

We are seeing that Spring has arrived very quickly here in SE Michigan and with no winter to speak of will this drive prices higher here in the north or should I look south (FL) and to the west (CA)??

I have a hoist at my business which I can use anytime and can do most repairs short of engine and transmission rebuild.

I would greatly appreciate any comments and recommendations.
