i still have the sickness i dont know if it will ever go away ..... i havent stepped on stage for a while ,work is hectic and have a kid on the way too so im just lucky to even get time to train... i couldnt immagine dieting right now
. possibly next year....time will tell...

Ugh dude , it's a nightmare lol I have a 33 inch waist but have to but 36-38 just to go past my quads and thighs and I have to wear a belt... Forget about shirts , if I wear button ups I have to get them so big which make me look like a penguin cause normally bigger shirts are for fat guys and I can never button them up.. Oh well .. Sorry for the off topic hijack .
