i still have the sickness i dont know if it will ever go away ..... i havent stepped on stage for a while ,work is hectic and have a kid on the way too so im just lucky to even get time to train... i couldnt immagine dieting right now. possibly next year....time will tell...

but i still keep my self at a decent 245 at about 10%... not bad for being a short midget

 

While all you ladies were watching the trailer trash act like idiots did you somehow miss the gorgeous Rauh Welt car? Any more pics of it?

Must be fun shopping for clothes. Im 5'6" and when I was into it at my best was 193lbs 4% bf and finding clothes was a chore. Im a true midst, pants were the worst lol.

 

Ugh dude , it's a nightmare lol I have a 33 inch waist but have to but 36-38 just to go past my quads and thighs and I have to wear a belt... Forget about shirts , if I wear button ups I have to get them so big which make me look like a penguin cause normally bigger shirts are for fat guys and I can never button them up.. Oh well .. Sorry for the off topic hijack .

 

No supplements. Just new diet, lots of exercise and clean living brother.
