Help diagnose this mystery leak 996TT

Hi, I had this intermittent leak on my 996TT that's now turned into a large puddle. It's source seems to be on the top part of the passenger side axle. See picts below. The car is under some mod changes and hasnt really been driven, or engine started, in the past 6 months. When we rolled the car in position to be raised we noticed a leaking trail of very clean oil (very light hint of green?). It's obviously not engine oil since I know for a fact that it would be darker than this leak. Is it pentosin or tranny oil? What's above the passenger side axle that would cause a leak? (note the picts seem to have appeared upside down)

Thanks in advance!

Thanks pat but it's definitely not coolant. It's oily.

I wonder what is. Put some on a piece of white paper and you can get a good idea of the color.
