No Cold Air

Turned on my Air Conditioner and it did not blow cold air. Ran a Durametric test and came up with the following fault codes.. P0410: Porsche fault code 80- Secondary injection cylender 1-3 below limit. P1411: Porsche fault code 208- Secondary air system Bank 2 below limit.. I also got P1601: porsche fault code 660- CAN- Timeout- indtrument cluster. Does this indicate that I just need a recharge, or whole new unit? Thanks for your input.

Those codes really should not have anything to do w/ the a/c operation, but they might have been caused by low batt. voltage.Try reseting the codes & see what happens.Low voltage can cause all sorts of weird issues. The CAN code could be a clue if it was by itself, but there should be other CAN codes in other modules (cluster,airbag,etc..) if it was not working.Always the possibility that you have no freon in the system due to a leak as well

IMHO I don't think any of those codes are related to the a/c problem your having. First thing to do is look at the freon compressor, with the a/c switch "ON",.Can you see the complete wheel assembly turning or only the outside of the wheel on the compressor. Sometimes you can feel the compressor loading with a very small decrease in rpm... Second, when you select the a/c "ON" you should have both of the fans in front starting... If none of those are working a low level of refrigerant is the first thing to looked at. Of course after looking at your fuses E7, C7, D6 !!!
