Boost leak... pressurize the system and listen for air, I guarantee you find a big leak somewhere. The Limp mode is caused because one bank of cylinders is getting more pressurized air than the other bank and the motor reads a Torque fault...

There are no jumps at Summit Point, if that is what you mean.
