Source? Seems like it would be a LOT more than that...especially at speeds of 150mph+. Enough that Porsche added a warning in the Owner's manual about stability being affected if the spoiler doesn't rise...

Here's a pic of my brother's '04 Turbo interior. Everything was stock and original and the painted options command a very high price. His MSRP was over $167K. It was very striking in the flesh, especially top down with the painted sports seats backs. Driving the car was a bit more subtle but interesting none the less. The factory paint was flawless, as expected. Not a run, speck of dirt or any imperfection to be found, and I looked.

I think you just convened me to paint my interior.

Just be warned that you will lose some downforce at higher speeds...the spoiler raises for a reason...
Just FYI...if you plan to leave the factory TT spoiler in the down position, you don't need to purchase anything. You can simply pull the wiring for the wing on the rear and it will remain down...at least this worked just fine on my 2001 model. Total cost = a few minutes of your time and some electrical tape to protect the wiring and micro-switches.

I would only recommend the eBay fixed kit if your goal is to keep the wing permanently in the raised position...it's intended primarily for that.

This is a picture of the spoler from another site, but I can take an actual picture of the one I have if you are interested. It's fiberlgass that I'm aware of and could be molded into the factory decklid given your line of work and skill. It's currently painted in what I believe they called Graphite Gray(FWIW I also have an OEM rear 2002 deckid as well if you need another to mess with)

I cant PM you because I lurk too much, and dont post enough!!
Please see below.
Thanks

I may be way too late (so apologize in advance) but it sounds like you have an old Techart T1 wing in grey for a 996TT. I have an 03 996TT coupe. If so, what do you need for it - to get it done - and shipped to 55436?
Thanks
