Coolant smell

I can smell coolant on cold days. I have no leaks and my coolant settles just under min mark no matter how high I top it up. Car is not overheating and is dead on 80 degrees. I had my bumper off and cleaned the rads and have seen no signs of leaking.

Any of you have this?

Should I pressure test and investigate?

I had this twice -first was the overflow tank that showed a little drip on the floor. 2nd time was the water pump began to weep and burned off before hitting the floor. The waterpump will show some discoloration/water stain if it's the case. Good luck and keep us posted.
