womp womp noise. Help!

Hey everyone! I have an odd issue here that the dealer will not help me with what so ever. I am having the car checked out by a head tech on Sunday night at another dealership but i just want to know if anyone has ran into this issue before.

I have had my exhaust on my car for about a year now and love it and have not heard this sound before. I recently took the car in to have its 75K service done and had a new serp belt put in. The day I picked it up it was making this womp, womp sound at 2200-2400 rpm. It sounds like a flat spot on a tire. It will do this in neutral at 0 mph as well so I know its not the tires. I called them before I even got home and they told me that the belt could have been sitting on a hook for awhile and has some sort of kink that will work its self out and to drive it a few hundred miles. Did the driving and now its louder. Not bad, but it is getting worse.

The dealer is saying that its resonance from the exhaust but its not possible since the exhaust has been perfect since day one and this noise started the second after they did the new belt. The dealer is now stating that these serp belts are noisy and this is normal and that they cant really hear the sound. Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to put a video below from my cell phone but it will not let me. If i can get it in here, I will soon. Basically, its a very faint tire flat spot sound. Thanks!

If that noise was not there before you better look at the routing of this belt and also the movement of it with the air box removed. Of course you will get a fault because you are running the engine at idle without the MAF but you should try to look at it. Just remove the air box and look at the routing. (see picture)

Just a quick update for everyone:
I took it to another dealer and within about 5 minutes of listening with a stethoscope they were able to diagnose that the water pump was faulty. All being fixed under the extended warranty. I am just amazed that the previous dealer basically looked at me like I had a 3rd eyeball and this one was able to figure it out very quickly and have everything taken care of with almost no hassle.
