Ac and fan problems

hello every one

Im new owner for 996 tt bought mine 4 months ago after the weather become hot i notice some problems

When i stop in traffic light the ac become very hot and coolent level raising from 80 to 90, , if i stop more time to go to max

When driving it come back to normal i took it to work shop and they said something about 2 fans not working when the car stop and i have to take my car to dealer which is most exepnsive dealer around the world 100 to 200 per hour

Example how expensive here spark plug stoke bosh will costing 30 dollar per plug

I got pinned with coolant pipe month ago they took 1200$ labour to take engine down

So is the fan usualy not working if the car stop?

regards
Faisal
