P1109 Code question, and 9110 too

I recently bought an 02' 996 Turbo. I've had the check engine light come on twice while driving at speed. The car experienced no issues while the light was on and the light eventually went off on its own.

The Durmetric shows the P1109 code. I've read about this quite a bit on here and it seems the obvious things are:

- Heavily soiled throttle
- Throttle adjusting unit faulty
- Mass air flow sensor faulty

I collected some data from the car to see if there are any issues.

MAF voltage reads about 1.04 when the car is off. The Durametric calls this Hot film MAF. When running and going through the entire RPM range this values does not exceed 5 and seems to rise and fall as expected when accelerating or decelerating. From reading on the forum this seems normal.

At 60 mph the reading holds around 2.3.
Car at idle reads about 1.8.

Anything else I can look at with the Durametric to see what may be wrong. For all practical purposes the car runs great.

There's also one other code: 9110 DME control unit, which is related to the instrument cluster. What's this associated with.

Thanks.

I would also add boost leak to your list. When I get p1109 its always a boost leak.
